Refund policy

Though we do our best to package orders with care, sometimes candles can be damaged during shipping. If this occurs we will be happy to issue a credit to use for a new order. We would require photos of the damage emailed to charmandwick@gmail.com within 72 hours of you receiving the order to be eligible, or if you prefer you can bring the damaged candles to the store for exchange. 

All wholesale orders are final sale.
