Shipping policy

Charm and Wick ships all orders within Canada using Canada Post. We ship to the address provided when you place your order and send delivery notifications to the method specified. Email or text. 

Sometimes orders can be lost or delayed by the courier. If this occurs please reach out to us and we can work on a resolution to locate your order with the courier. 

If items are damaged, please reference our return policy for instructions. Due to the high cost of shipping, we can only issue credit for future orders, or exchange in store.
